




Responsible for providing technical and administrative support to engineering activities, assisting in the planning, execution, and control of projects and construction works. Involved in preparing reports, measurements, budgets, monitoring schedules, and material control, ensuring the organization of technical information and compliance with quality standards and deadlines established by the company. Conduct inspections, evaluations, and supervision of technical projects and services, leading teams in structure, finishing, masonry, installations, assembly, and maintenance activities. Develop unit cost estimates for labor, equipment, materials, and services when composing QC's, always comparing with the current budget. Perform quantity takeoffs for services to be executed. Participate and assist in construction planning, ensuring team adherence to planned objectives. Carry out and formalize short-term production monitoring—daily basis. Assist in meeting safety management system requirements, committing to achieving the minimum results of the established program. Assist in meeting quality management system requirements, committing to achieving the minimum results of the established program. Perform concrete mapping and store and organize all documentation from the technological control laboratory. Conduct surveys to support contractor measurements. Deliver IT training to outsourced teams starting work on site, together with the construction foreman. Inspect ongoing services, formalizing procedures in inspection sheets (FI's). Complete daily entries in the Construction Diary application. Assist, if necessary, in identifying all materials within the construction site, except in warehouses. Perform end-of-construction checklists for individual units and common areas. Submit material requests in Sienge, including financial analysis of inputs, complying with Supplies SLA spreadsheets, and resolving restrictions from medium-term meetings in Prevision. Assist in creating contracts in the ERP (Sienge). Provide customer and supplier support. Assist in preparing reports under the responsibility of their supervisor. Participate in meetings with technical teams and third parties. Identify, propose, and monitor implementation of improvement actions. Comply with internal policies and procedures of SCIRE. Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and organization at the construction site. Perform related duties as required by the company. **Requirements** Completed technical education in Building Construction, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, or related fields; Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering is desirable; Previous experience in construction, technical supervision, or engineering support; Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and planning software (e.g., MS Project); Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; Experience in measurements, budgeting, and material control is a plus. **Behavioral Competencies** Organization and attention to detail; Analytical skills and logical reasoning; Good communication and teamwork; Proactivity and willingness to learn; Commitment to deadlines and quality; Ability to handle multiple demands.
