Job Summary: Lead and supervise the laboratory team, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and patient care, as well as performing and assisting with examinations. Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise the unit’s workforce, delegating tasks, promoting training, and ensuring a collaborative environment. * Serve as the unit’s Technical Responsible, ensuring compliance with current legislation as well as technical guidelines and standards related to laboratory examinations. * Achieve established unit targets, maintaining excellence in operational outcomes and patient satisfaction. * Ensure excellent patient care, promoting quality and empathy at all touchpoints. * Collect and receive biological samples, verifying correct patient identification. * Centrifuge, aliquot, and distribute samples to the appropriate technical departments. * Perform and/or assist in examinations within your department according to the Quality Management System (QMS) procedures. * Verify and release reports accurately and with technical responsibility. * Conduct triage, assemble sample bags, and dispatch materials to supporting laboratories, etc.
