They perform cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment to ensure a suitable environment for food handling. They also assist in inventory control, checking product expiration dates and reporting replenishment needs. Additionally, they contribute to a welcoming atmosphere during meal times by attending to students attentively and carefully. Sanitization of countertops, sinks, and surfaces; Washing of utensils (plates, cups, cutlery, pots); Cleaning of stoves, refrigerators, and other equipment; Organization of the area after food preparation and distribution; Proper disposal of waste.
