Job Summary: A Kitchen Assistant professional to support dish preparation, ingredient pre-preparation, and kitchen sanitation. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring kitchen and utensil organization and sanitation Restaurant seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Florianópolis. **Responsibilities:** Support dish preparation following recipes and standards defined by the chef or designated cook. Perform ingredient pre-preparation, including cutting vegetables, meats, and other food items. Ensure kitchen organization and sanitation, as well as sanitation of utensils and equipment. Assist in dish presentation and food finishing prior to service. Previous experience as Assistant Cook, Kitchen Helper, Food Preparer, or Restaurant Assistant may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. **Desired Qualifications:** **Education:** Completed high school **Experience:** Prior experience required **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: Salary range will be disclosed during the interview. * On-site meal * Birthday Day Off **Additional Information:** * Employment Type: Full-time, on-site * Schedule: Full-time * Working Hours: 2:10 PM to 10:30 PM.
