Job Summary: Cook for the Historic Center of São José, responsible for preparing food, planning menus, managing inventory, and ensuring hygiene, working under a chef or leading assistants. Teamwork with a focus on quality and adaptability COOK POSITION FOR THE HISTORIC CENTER OF SÃO JOSÉ Responsibilities: prepares food following recipes or creating dishes; selects and prepares ingredients; cooks; plates dishes; ensures hygiene; plans menus; manages inventory; works under a chef or leads assistants. Workflow: plans menu and organizes kitchen; performs pre\-preparation (washing, cutting, marinating); executes cooking techniques; plates\/portions for presentation; checks quality and continuously cleans; communicates with team and adapts to unexpected situations. REQUIREMENTS: KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN MEDITERRANEAN CUISINE AND PIZZAS; RESIDENCE NEAR SÃO JOSÉ; AVAILABILITY OF WORKING HOURS; INTEREST IN DEVELOPING NEW EXPERIENCES AND CHALLENGES.
