As a Customization Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and satisfactory execution of the entire real estate development customization process — from initial customer engagement through to final unit delivery — guaranteeing that customization requests are fulfilled in accordance with technical standards, deadlines, and company policies, thereby contributing to a positive customer experience and enhancing the final product’s value. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you daily:** * Monitor the full customization cycle for sold apartments — from request registration through completion of works. * Provide customer service, clarifying questions regarding the process, available options, timelines, and additional costs. * Support customers in selecting finishes, layouts, and other customization items, ensuring options comply with technical standards and the project’s descriptive memorandum. * Prepare and review spreadsheets, reports, and tracking records related to customization requests. * Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Post-Construction departments to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to execution timelines. * Conduct on-site monitoring (where applicable) of customization work in units, verifying quality and compliance with agreed specifications. * Manage budgets, approvals, and billing associated with requested customizations. * Ensure continuous updates to internal systems and documentation regarding completed customizations. * Support the development and updating of manuals, option catalogs, and customization policies. * Uphold customer satisfaction and adherence to the company’s quality and service standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** **Prerequisites:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related fields. **Preferred:** Experience in construction projects, customer service, and/or customization processes within construction or real estate development companies. **Desired Knowledge and Skills:** Ability to read and interpret architectural and complementary project documents; knowledge of construction materials and finishes; understanding of budgeting and cost control; proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel) and AutoCAD; familiarity with management software (ERP, Sienge, or similar) is desirable. **Additional Information** Here, you’ll find a collaborative environment filled with competent and committed professionals.
