The role entails leading and developing the sales team, defining targets and KPIs, monitoring revenue and margin indicators, managing the pipeline via CRM, and directly handling high-complexity technical negotiations. The candidate will also actively contribute to market expansion, new account acquisition, and strengthening after-sales support to enhance customer retention. **Requirements:** ✔ Solid experience in industrial technical sales (hydraulics/pneumatics – B2B) ✔ Leadership profile and team management experience ✔ Analytical capability and results-oriented mindset ✔ Technical or undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields **Preferred Qualification:** Consultative approach—selling complete solutions rather than individual components. **Salary:** Negotiable **Benefits:** Meal Allowance (VA), Transportation Allowance (VT).
