




**Job Objective:** Provide direct support to the organization's field technicians, playing a key role in the configuration, maintenance, and technical assistance of our equipment. Additionally, this role will involve direct interaction with customers, offering support in the use and maintenance of the systems we provide. **Main Responsibilities:** Identify and report recurring issues to the development team, aiming for continuous improvement of our products and services. Provide support to field technicians by assisting in equipment configuration and maintenance. Establish contact with customers through channels such as phone, e\-mail, and chat to deliver assistance and guidance on the efficient use of our systems. Document and record all interactions conducted with field technicians and customers. Perform configuration of our IoT devices. Conduct remote training sessions. Identify and propose improvement points for our solutions. Safeguard company assets. **Requirements:** Previous experience in technical support is considered an advantage. Basic knowledge of Linux systems and computer networks. Knowledge of electricity and drives. Ability to work independently. Ability to manage simultaneous tasks. Strong communication and writing skills. ; **Desirable:** Familiarity with automation equipment configuration. Familiarity with sensor configuration. Familiarity with connectivity and telemetry. Version control (Git). **Education:** Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a technical qualification in Industrial Automation or Mechatronics.
