Learn more about the group in the video below: Through our culture and pillars of Diversity and Inclusion, we strive to welcome and empower people both inside and outside RD Station. **Your challenge on the team:** On the Cloud FinOps team, your mission will be to ensure engineering operational processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with internal policies. You will serve as a key contributor to the continuity and organization of the team’s financial operations, ensuring strict control over payments, forecasting, and provisioning—and directly collaborating with areas such as controllership and treasury to maintain operational excellence. **Your key responsibilities:** * Process monthly engineering vendor payments accurately and within established deadlines; * Execute weekly forecasting and monthly provisioning to ensure correct accounting of engineering costs; * Review and validate invoices and bills, ensuring compliance with active contracts; * Maintain organized records of operational processes and identify discrepancies for correction; * Propose continuous process improvements to enhance team operational efficiency and control. **Profile we seek:** * Practical experience with Office Suite, especially Sheets/Excel; * Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Power BI and Looker Studio; * Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and adaptively across diverse contexts and departments; * Organizational skills, focus, and proactivity to work collaboratively and pursue constant development; * Prior experience in roles related to technology, customer service, finance, or administration. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience and interest in areas such as finance, customer service, operations, and/or technology; * Basic knowledge of SQL; * Experience working in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments; * Ability to propose innovative solutions for operational processes. **Selection process stages:** * **Application** \- Submission of application; * **DigAí Interview** \- Initial conversation with our Artificial Intelligence tool; * **Mindsight** – Work style assessment; * **Talent Acquisition** \- Competency-based interview with our recruitment team; * **Technical Challenge** – Technical skills evaluation test; * **Technical Interview** \- Technical interview to discuss job requirements; * **Final Interview** \- Final discussion with management for alignment; * **Offer** \- Final stage of the selection process, including the formal job offer. **Note:** Additional or modified stages may apply depending on process needs.
