We are a company specialized in manufacturing **neoprene vests and sportswear**, and we seek a committed, creative individual with pattern-making experience to contribute to the development of new products. Main Responsibilities: * Develop patterns using the **Audaces** system; * Perform pattern grading; * Prepare marker layouts for production; * Develop and oversee pilot parts; * Make necessary pattern adjustments and corrections; * Collaborate closely with development and production departments to ensure product quality and manufacturability. Requirements: * Proficiency and experience with the **Audaces** system; * Experience in garment pattern making; * Knowledge of product development; * Familiarity with marker layout, grading, and technical specifications; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication ability.
