We are looking for a professional to work as a janitor, responsible for general maintenance, space organization, service oversight, and support for the company's operational routines. The role requires proactivity, ability to resolve daily tasks, and strong communication skills with team members and facility users. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and guide preventive and corrective maintenance services; * Perform minor maintenance tasks (e.g., light bulb replacement, simple adjustments, inspections); * Maintain common areas, equipment, and structures; * Manage basic inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies; * Support access control when necessary and respond to departmental requests; * Monitor proper functioning of facilities and report irregularities. **Requirements:** * Elementary education; * Basic knowledge of building maintenance; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and good communication; * Ability to independently handle practical tasks. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM **Company Location:** Itacorubi, Florianópolis/SC.
