Assistance to Level 2 team **Job Title: Level 1 Technical Support Assistant (On-site / External)** **Job Description:** We are looking for a professional to work as a Level 1 Technical Support Assistant, providing on-site and client-side support. If you are interested in technology, enjoy solving problems, and seek professional development in the IT field, this job is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Support for local users and external customers (on-site and remote); * Support for operating systems, networks, and applications; * Basic installation and maintenance of equipment; * Opening, logging, and closing service tickets in the service desk system; * Assistance to Level 2 team as required. Mandatory Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Technical or higher education degree (completed or in progress) in IT is a plus; * Basic knowledge of networking, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication and organizational skills. Desirable (Preferred): * Basic knowledge of Linux and Active Directory; * Prior experience in technical support or IT internships; * Driver's license Category B (for external visits); * Basic technical English. **Work Location:** Company premises + client visits (metropolitan area) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, business hours.
