We are expanding and looking for people who also want to grow with us! **What you will do here:** * Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to customers via telephone, e-mail, WhatsApp, and other social media; * Prepare technical documentation for Ageon products; * Serve internal and external customers, identifying issues, providing clarifications, offering guidance, and meeting customer needs; * Conduct technical evaluations of products and warranty cases, as well as prepare technical reports; * Research new products/markets; * Provide technical specification support to sales representatives; * Prepare and execute documents. **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Experience in B2B or technical sales; * Autonomy in decision-making and management of own activities; * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team; * Proactivity in identifying opportunities and resolving problems; * Technical education, technological degree, or undergraduate degree (completed or in progress) in any field of study. **We Offer:** * Meal allowance or food allowance; * Profit-sharing and results-based bonus; * Medical and dental insurance; * On-site parking; * Partnerships with educational institutions, gyms, language schools, aesthetic clinics, and restaurants. **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday. **Work Model:** On-site. **Location:** Jardim Eldorado, Palhoça/SC.
