We are expanding and looking for people who also want to grow with us! **What you’ll do here:** Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support to customers via phone, e-mail, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms. · Develop technical documentation for Ageon products. · Serve internal and external customers, identifying incidents, providing clarifications, guidance, and fulfilling customer needs; · Conduct technical evaluations of products and warranty cases, as well as prepare technical reports; · Research new products/markets; · Provide technical specification support to commercial advisors; · Drafting and execution of documents. **Requirements:** Strong verbal and written communication skills; Experience in B2B or technical sales; Autonomy in decision-making and self-management of tasks; Ability to collaborate effectively within a team; Proactivity in identifying opportunities and solving problems.
