Description: Take ownership of the interface layer of our SaaS product, ensuring a smooth and modern user experience. As the lead Front-end Analyst on the squad, you will play a critical technical role in elevating the quality of our interfaces, working directly with React and JavaScript. The role operates in a cloud environment (AWS), engaging with an ecosystem that integrates Node.js, PHP, and MongoDB. A key differentiator of this position is its 360-degree perspective: although your primary focus is Front-end, you will have the opportunity to work hybridly—supporting Back-end (PHP) and ensuring delivery quality (testing and documentation). Responsibilities and Duties * Interface Development: Design and maintain modern, responsive components using React and JavaScript, with emphasis on performance and usability * Integration and Data: Consume APIs and manipulate data in MongoDB environments, ensuring efficient communication between Front-end and Back-end * Squad Support: Collaborate proactively on Back-end tasks (Node.js/PHP) whenever necessary to ensure seamless delivery flow * Quality Assurance: Perform manual testing and interface validations to guarantee the product reaches customers free of defects * Documentation: Record processes, component architectures, and usage manuals to maintain the application’s technical health, plus final documentation for customers * Product Evolution: Continuously propose improvements to both user experience and Front-end architecture, serving as the technical voice of the area within the squad Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technology-focused fields * Experience developing scalable SaaS applications, hands-on work with the React library ecosystem, and familiarity with Agile methodologies (participation in Dailies, Plannings, and Retrospectives) * Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, REST API consumption, and NoSQL database (MongoDB) manipulation.
