As a Support Analyst, you will be our customers’ first point of contact. The analyst handles tasks ranging from direct customer interaction to organizing and managing activities. WE WANT PEOPLE WITH FIRE IN THEIR EYES AND A STRONG DESIRE TO GROW! RESPONSIBILITIES * Communicate with customers via phone, chat, email, and videoconference; * Organize customer requests; * Monitor and track key departmental performance indicators; * Prepare reports; * Answer questions and assist customers in using the platform; * Create user manuals for customers on how to use the platform. REQUIREMENTS * Basic Excel; * Google tools (Spreadsheets, Gmail, Docs, etc); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Enjoy working with people and possess empathy.
