Join us and become a Heartist®. **Job Description** **Objective:** The Senior Digital Marketing and Digital Experience Analyst will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital strategies, enhancing user experience and strengthening the brand’s online presence. This role supports hotels across the Americas by providing digital marketing support, tools, and analytics. It also involves developing trainings and webinars, supporting SEO initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams and agencies to define and validate content aligned with brand guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop support materials (step-by-step guides, videos, webinars, etc.) and training programs to help hotels independently execute digital marketing activities. * Monitor hotel digital channel performance and satisfaction metrics using internal and external tools, identifying opportunities for training and improvement. * Ensure proper digital presence and correct use of hotel brands and their properties (spas, restaurants, etc.) during openings, repositioning, or exits from the network. * Collaborate with the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) team to analyze website performance across Premium, Midscale, and Economy brand segments (e.g., ibis, Novotel, Mercure, Grand Mercure, Pullman), supporting technical content approval with an SEO focus. * Actively participate in meetings, trainings, and presentations for Operations and other internal departments, ensuring engagement in preventive, corrective, or performance-driven digital initiatives for hotels. * Report bugs and track resolution of issues related to Accor’s digital tools via the global ticketing system. * Structurally report project requirements to enable business case development and advocacy with the global team. * Create and send emails notifying hotels across the network about digital experience updates, news, and announcements. * Monitor tickets opened by hotels in internal tools and provide prompt, attentive support to meet their needs. **Qualifications** * Generalist experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing. * Knowledge of social media management and digital content creation. * Experience analyzing metrics and KPIs (Google Analytics, Google Ads, automation tools). * Experience interfacing with agencies and internal departments to ensure strategic alignment and execution of digital projects. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Basic knowledge of Google My Business. * Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush). * Experience with Facebook Business Manager. * Fluent/advanced English. * Completed undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising & Public Relations, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in digital marketing—preferably within an agency or multinational setting—and familiarity with hotel chain operations are advantageous. **Desirable:** * Experience in the hospitality or tourism sector, with understanding of industry operations and needs. * Experience designing trainings, webinars, and support materials for internal teams or clients. * Advanced Spanish. * Extracurricular courses, postgraduate studies, short courses, or certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Hotel Management, or Tourism. **Additional Information** **Your team and work environment:** * Providing exceptional experiences—not only for guests but for all employees—is the Heartist purpose at Accor.
