Communicate with security teams and coordinate appropriate actions. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Job Description:** We are seeking a Monitoring Operator to join our team in São José. The Monitoring Operator will be responsible for supervising and operating security monitoring systems, ensuring effective detection and response to incidents and risk situations. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and operate security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and other monitoring devices. * Identify and assess suspicious activities or risk situations and take necessary actions according to established procedures. * Communicate with security and intervention teams in real time, providing accurate information and coordinating appropriate actions. * Maintain detailed records of incidents, activities, and actions taken during the shift. * Collaborate with team members and provide support during emergencies or crises. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (or equivalent). * Prior experience in security monitoring or similar roles is desirable. * Basic knowledge of security systems, such as surveillance cameras, alarm triggering, access control, and remote reception. * Knowledge of CCTV system reporting and event handling. **NOTE: Availability for commercial night shift (7:00 PM to 3:48 AM).** ### **JOB BENEFITS** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance (round trip) – 6% deducted from payroll. * Meal/food allowance: R$ 40.00 (per shift) – 20% deducted from payroll. * Attendance bonus: amount between R$ 150.00 and R$ 200.00 – provided if no delays, absences, medical certificates, warnings, or suspensions occur. * Health insurance plan, after probation period. * Dental insurance plan, after probation period. * SESC membership benefits. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract type:** CLT #### **Dear candidate, by applying for this position, you acknowledge and agree that your data and application information will be shared with Talentbrand and made available to the hiring company.**
