Your challenge is to ensure the delivery of high-quality features, evolve the architecture to be scalable and sustainable, and actively participate in operations, support, and knowledge sharing — always prioritizing a healthy codebase and an exceptional customer experience. **Your Key Deliverables:** * Design, develop, test, and deploy new features and improvements to existing functionality; * Conduct code reviews on pull requests, ensuring maintenance of a codebase with minimal technical debt and bugs; * Monitor product operations, responding to incidents for rapid recovery and prevention of future issues; * Provide technical support to internal and external customers, adopting a customer-first mindset and focusing on definitive solutions; * Share knowledge through mentoring, workshops, posts, and other collaborative initiatives **Profile We’re Looking For:** * Experience as a Frontend Developer, with consistent involvement in web applications; * Proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript, including best practices for componentization, state management, and lifecycle; * Experience consuming REST APIs and integrating with backend services; * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and building responsive, accessible interfaces; * Experience with frontend development tools and best practices (version control with Git, code review, testing, etc.); * Familiarity with performance, usability, and user experience concepts; * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Experience or exposure to backend development (Ruby or Go); * Understanding of system architecture and distributed application behavior; * Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD); * Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS or GCP); * Being (or aspiring to become) an active community contributor who shares knowledge internally and externally via events, articles, mentoring, volunteer initiatives, open-source projects, etc. **Selection Process Steps:** * **Application** \- Submission of application; * **Mindsight** – Work-style assessment; * **Talent Acquisition** \- Competency-based interview with the recruitment team; * **Technical Challenge** – Technical skills assessment; * **Technical Interview** \- Technical discussion covering role requirements; * **Final Interview** \- Final alignment conversation with management; * **Offer** \- Final stage of the selection process, including the formal job offer. **Note:** Additional or modified steps may apply based on process needs.
