




Job Summary: IT Support Internship to assist internal and field users, configure software and hardware, maintain IT asset inventory, and record ITIL-compliant service requests. Recording of service requests following ITIL best practices IT Support Internship: Schedule: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist internal and field users with Level 1 (N1) support. Support software and hardware configuration (desktops, barcode scanners, and printers). Collaborate in maintaining the IT asset inventory. Record service requests following ITIL best practices. REQUIREMENTS: Currently enrolled in early stages of IT, Networking, or Systems programs. Basic knowledge of Windows, hardware, and networking. Communicative, organized profile with strong willingness to learn.
