Job Summary: An IT intern to provide user support and perform computer and software maintenance in Windows and Office environments. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for Windows systems and Office applications 2. Software and computer maintenance and installation 3. IT incident response **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Format computers and install Windows and software; * Provide user support for Windows systems and Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ERP; * Respond to general IT incidents. **REQUIREMENTS:** Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields. Proficiency in Windows, Office 365, Internet, and Outlook. \* Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 13:00\.
