Job Summary:
IT Intern to assist in organizing maintenance activities, identifying and resolving issues, supporting employees, developing software, and acting as liaison with external support.

SOMMA INVESTIMENTOS is seeking an Intern for its Information Technology (IT) department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in organizing the maintenance area;
Identify and resolve issues;
Support employees with questions or specific issues related to software or access;
Act as liaison between the team and external Level 2 (L2) support to resolve more complex issues;
Assist in software development;
Comply with guidelines and schedules defined by the internship supervisor;
Support documentation of processes, manuals, and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Technologist degree program in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields (preferably from the 2nd semester onward)
Organizational skills;
Basic knowledge of computer science and operating systems;
Introductory knowledge of networking and computer maintenance;
Interest in technology and willingness to learn.

30-hour weekly schedule;
