Assist in software development and process documentation. SOMMA INVESTIMENTOS is seeking an Intern for its Information Technology (IT) department. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in organizing the maintenance area; Identify and resolve issues; Support employees with questions or specific issues related to software or access; Act as liaison between the team and external Level 2 (L2) support to resolve more complex issues; Assist in software development; Comply with guidelines and schedules defined by the internship supervisor; Support documentation of processes, manuals, and procedures. REQUIREMENTS Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Technologist degree program in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields (preferably from the 2nd semester onward) Organizational skills; Basic knowledge of computer science and operating systems; Introductory knowledge of networking and computer maintenance; Interest in technology and willingness to learn.
