**Job Description:** The IT Assistant will be responsible for providing technical support to the company’s systems, equipment, and users, ensuring the proper functioning of the technology infrastructure. Key responsibilities include: * Monitoring the performance of systems, applications, networks, and hardware resources; * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, scales, PDV keyboards, and pinpads; * Providing remote and on-site support to company employees; * Assisting with configuration of systems and equipment (Windows, Linux, and network); * Updating software and hardware, logging and resolving technical faults; * Maintaining the company’s ERP system (including parameterization and basic support); * Performing website maintenance and assisting in managing the monitoring center. **Requirements:** * Proven prior experience in this role; * Completed high school education (a technical course in IT is an advantage); * Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and network configuration and maintenance; * Basic understanding of databases (PostgreSQL and SQL); * Familiarity with tax legislation (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, ST), SPED, and fiscal accounting; * Proficiency in Excel (basic level) and ERP systems; * Proactive, organized profile with strong technical analytical skills; * Must reside in Canasvieiras or nearby areas (e.g., Vargem Grande, Rio Vermelho, Ingleses). **Additional Information:** * Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (Monday to Saturday); * Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract; * Salary: To be negotiated, based on experience and qualifications; * Location: Magia Supermarket – Canasvieiras, Florianópolis/SC. **Benefits:** * Meal voucher (at accredited restaurants); * Transportation voucher; * Thirteenth salary; * Overtime pay (when applicable); * Grocery basket as attendance bonus (starting from the 4th month); * Purchase discount (available after 3 months of employment). **Working Hours:** * Monday to Saturday – 8-hour shifts.
