In this opportunity, you will be responsible for: * Performing technical repairs and analyses on equipment under warranty; * Preparing and shipping equipment after repairs are completed; * Performing remote access for problem resolution and customer configuration; * Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on internal equipment; * Requesting necessary parts and supplies for maintenance; * Issuing priority and progress reports for service orders. **Required Knowledge and Competencies** * Hardware maintenance and assembly; * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux); * Basic networking and electronics knowledge; * Analytical ability and attention to detail; * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. **Requirements** * (Technical degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields is a plus); * Prior experience with maintenance of computers, notebooks, or peripherals; * Familiarity with the company’s products and systems is desirable.
