




Job Summary: An IT internship for candidates seeking to work in technical support, problem resolution, and continuous development in the field, within a proactive and collaborative environment. Assist in installing, configuring, and updating operating systems, software, and equipment. Provide support for basic maintenance of computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Support the organization and management of IT assets (equipment, access rights, licenses). Assist in creating and updating documentation and service records. Provide support to employees regarding proper use of internal tools and systems. **Requirements:** **Knowledge:** **Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies from the 4th semester onward in:** Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Fundamental understanding of computer and peripheral assembly, maintenance, and configuration; Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux); Basic understanding of networking; Ability to quickly learn new internal tools and systems. **Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills; Proactivity in identifying and resolving day-to-day issues; Organization and accountability in tracking tickets; Willingness to learn and advance in the IT field; Ability to work effectively in a team.
