Flexibility is one of our hallmarks—we operate across various team models and formats while maintaining a light, collaborative, and integrated culture that ensures equitable opportunities in a space where everyone feels safe and heard. **What you’ll do:** * Provide first-level support to employees via tickets, email, in-person assistance, or corporate chat; * Register, categorize, and prioritize tickets in the service desk tool; * Perform basic technical procedures, including software installation and configuration, system updates, and support for corporate tools; * Provide support for devices such as laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, and network connections; * Manage the full ticket lifecycle, ensuring timely user follow-up and escalation to Level 2/Level 3 when required; * Maintain and update technical documentation, complete spreadsheets, and assist with administrative routines; * Coordinate with vendors, when necessary, regarding maintenance, licenses, or equipment procurement; * Support internal infrastructure activities and IT asset inventory. **What we’re looking for:** * Currently enrolled in or having completed a Technical or Higher Education program in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems; * Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, IP, Wi-Fi) and hardware support; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to prioritize tasks; * Ability to handle multiple simultaneous requests; * Proactive problem-solving mindset and resilience for recurring tasks. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Prior experience in technical support, service desk, or help desk roles; * Knowledge of tools such as Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, and ticketing systems; * Intermediate English proficiency for reading or communicating with vendors/users. **Where you’ll work:** * This is an on-site position at our office in Florianópolis. **Employment type:** * Internship **What we offer:** * **Internship stipend of R$1,200** * ️ **Meal allowance (VA/VR) of R$35.00 per day** * **Transportation allowance** ️* ️ **Totalpass** for physical health care * + ️ **Zenklub** for mental health care * **On-site work** at our Florianópolis office (6 hours per day, Monday to Friday) **Whether in your personal or professional life, Zallpy cares about your growth and well-being!
