Job Summary: An IT professional responsible for software license management, faculty support, equipment management, and internal service delivery, ensuring compliance. Key Highlights: 1. IT technical support and IT infrastructure management 2. Equipment maintenance and network infrastructure maintenance 3. Support to faculty members and internal customer service **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Manage licenses for licensed software; Provide support and assistance to faculty members in installing projectors and other peripherals in computer labs; Receive and store IT infrastructure materials and equipment; Provide support to internal customers; Ensure compliance with legal requirements and other procedures related to the role’s area of responsibility; Assist in procurement processes by specifying required items; Distribute Chromebooks to classrooms; Reset Google account passwords; Reset family portal access permissions; Coordinate technical support requests with headquarters. **REQUIREMENTS:** To participate in the selection process, you must have: Currently enrolled in a Technical or Undergraduate program in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; Experience assembling and maintaining equipment; Experience with computer and network infrastructure; Experience in technical support; Intermediate Excel skills. It would be great if you also have: Basic English proficiency.
