Support for network and equipment infrastructure **INFRASTRUCTURE ASSISTANT \- ITACORUBI \-** **Job Description:** Manage licenses for licensed software; Provide support and assistance to faculty members in installing projectors and other peripherals in computer labs; Receive and store IT infrastructure materials and equipment; Provide support to internal clients; Ensure compliance with legal requirements and other procedures related to the role’s area of responsibility; Assist in procurement processes by specifying required items; Distribute Chromebooks to classrooms; Reset Google account passwords; Reset family portal access permissions; Coordinate technical service requests with headquarters. **Requirements:** To participate in the selection process, you must have: Currently enrolled in a Technical or Undergraduate program in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; Experience assembling and maintaining equipment; Experience with network and computer infrastructure; Experience providing technical support; Intermediate Excel proficiency. It would be great if you also have: Basic English proficiency.
