**Key Responsibilities:**
* Analyze and monitor cash flow, perform projections, and identify risks to the company’s liquidity.
* Prepare financial reports and managerial analyses to support leadership decision-making.
* Identify, monitor, and propose actions to mitigate financial risks and reduce delinquency.
* Consolidate the company’s cash position, including bank balances, financial investments, and domestic and international operations.
* Monitor and validate payments, bank reconciliations, and other financial routines, ensuring process compliance.
* Participate in the monthly financial closing, consolidating information for reports and managerial controls.
* Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, promoting operational efficiency and cost reduction.
* Support financial system (ERP) management and disseminate best practices for information security and data privacy.
**Requirements:**
* **Financial Analysis:** Ability to analyze financial statements, key indicators, trends, and forecasts to support decision-making.
* **Financial Modeling:** Proficiency in building financial models, scenario analyses, forecasting, and investment evaluation.
* **Financial ERP Systems:** Experience with ERP systems for transaction processing, financial control, and data integrity.
* **Advanced Excel and Data Analysis:** Use of advanced Excel tools (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and automations) for financial analysis and presentation.
* **Preferred: Advanced English — conversational level.**
**Education:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
