Ensure data remains up to date and processes run efficiently. * Provide support via phone, chat, and e\-mail—answering questions, delivering information, and resolving issues with clarity, speed, and courtesy. * Monitor and respond to interactions on Reclame Aqui, handling each case transparently, empathetically, and with resolution focus—preserving the company’s reputation and enhancing customer satisfaction. * Handle product unavailability situations by proactively and clearly communicating with customers.
