Key responsibilities include: * Providing technical support; * Researching, analyzing, and documenting business rules for system development; * Testing and validating new models and development-related activities; * Delivering onboarding sessions, preparing technical articles, and creating multimedia communication materials; * Monitoring and participating in working groups, meetings, and technical committees within the electric sector.
