Job Summary: Professional responsible for on-site and remote technical support, including installation, maintenance, and administration of systems and networks. Key Highlights: 1. On-site and remote technical support (hardware, software, systems, and networks) 2. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment 3. Support for local network (LAN) administration and information security Provide on-site and remote technical support to users (hardware, software, systems, and networks) ✔ Install, configure, and update computers, printers, and other peripherals ✔ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment ✔ Support local network (LAN), internet, and access management ✔ Create and manage users, e-mails, and access permissions ✔ Log and track technical support tickets ✔ Assist in implementing new systems and tools ✔ Support IT equipment and asset inventory control ✔ Ensure enforcement of information security policies ✔ Support backup execution and system monitoring ✔ Assist in configuring Gralha Imóveis' systems Compensation: R$200.00 - R$3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company mobile phone * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
