Specialized in road safety engineering, the company stands out for its excellence in implementing effective signage solutions, contributing to road preservation and traffic safety, with a focus on protecting and preserving lives. **SINASC job openings are also open to persons with disabilities (PCD).** We are looking for a **Human Resources Assistant** to perform the following responsibilities: * Archive, organize, and control physical and digital employee documents, ensuring proper storage and traceability of information; * Provide assistance and support regarding timekeeping tasks, including monitoring submission, receipt, and verification of signed timesheets; * Calculate benefits: VA (Meal Allowance), VT (Transportation Allowance), VC (Food Card); * Perform internal departmental controls; * Compile employee timesheets for vacation periods or for those requesting termination; * Sort and organize former employees' timesheets for judicial proceedings; * Register facial recognition in the headquarters' electronic timekeeping system; * Collect signatures on timesheets from headquarters employees; * Monitor and respond to messages received via WhatsApp and e\-mail related to requests; * Verify and validate locations (regions) registered in the electronic timekeeping system; * Update employee records, including address, dependents, bank account, among others; * Support the team in administrative routines, ensuring process organization, agility, and compliance. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields (early stages); * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of R$35.00 per working day (not deducted from payroll); * Transportation allowance or Fuel subsidy (not deducted from payroll); * Rest area for relaxation; * Kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator; * Free parking; * Life insurance R$8.33 (deducted from payroll). **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00; Friday: 08:00–17:00.
