**Job Mission**
Work in the Accounting area, serving as the technical reference for group-level financial consolidation processes and preparation of consolidated financial statements across multi-entity environments; ensuring correct application of accounting standards (CPC/IFRS), information consistency, and financial reporting quality; leading consolidation to meet CVM and investor requirements; supporting month-end and year-end closing, analysis of complex tax matters, and performing other related and inherent duties.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Fully lead the group’s financial consolidation process, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with applicable accounting standards (CPC/IFRS);
* Execute and review intercompany eliminations (revenues, costs, balances, and results), ensuring integrity of consolidated information;
* Monitor and analyze equity method investments and their respective movements across multi-entity environments;
* Assess accounting impacts of intercompany transactions, restructurings, and significant events;
* Prepare and review consolidated financial statements intended for investors and regulatory bodies (CVM);
* Ensure technical consistency of market disclosures, including explanatory notes and financial reports;
* Support preparation of financial materials for external disclosure and investor relations;
* Ensure alignment among accounting records, management reports, and publicly disclosed information;
* Support and review monthly and annual accounting closings, ensuring proper accounting treatment of material transactions;
* Analyze complex transactions, defining appropriate accounting and tax treatments;
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and consistency between accounting and tax areas;
* Support internal and external audits by preparing technical documentation, analyses, and supporting evidence, and follow up on implementation of audit recommendations;
* Identify opportunities for improvement and standardization of accounting processes, promoting best practices and contributing to the team’s technical development;
* Serve as the technical reference for the accounting team, supporting interpretation of standards and handling of complex transactions.
**Requirements**
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences;
Postgraduate degree or specialization in Accounting, IFRS, Controllership, or related fields;
In-depth knowledge of accounting standards (CPC/IFRS);
Certification or specialized courses in Accounting are desirable;
Solid experience in corporate accounting and consolidation (6–8 years).
