Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and organizing internal areas, managing inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, and performing cleaning services in managed apartments. Key Highlights: 1. Assisting with general maintenance of facilities and properties Responsibilities: * Clean and organize internal company areas. * Sort, organize, and dispatch linens to domestic workers and partner laundries. * Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and replacement items. * Maintain an organized, up-to-date inventory and request replenishments as needed. * Perform cleaning services in managed apartments according to quality standards. * Assist with general maintenance and organization of internal spaces and managed properties. * Report repair needs, replenishment requirements, or irregularities to managers. * Ensure proper handling and storage of clean and soiled linens. * Support the operations team as requested in tasks related to organization and cleaning. Prior experience in cleaning, especially in the hospitality industry, is required. Easy access to the Jurerê neighborhood in Florianópolis is mandatory. Salary: R$ 2.300,00 + Meal allowance and Transportation allowance Immediate start. Work schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
