Located in the city of Palhoça, State of Santa Catarina, Komeco operates in the fields of solar water heating, gas heating, pumps and pressure boosters, photovoltaic solar power generation, equipment for pool water heating and treatment, and climate control including air conditioners, dehumidifiers, and humidifiers. **Responsibilities:** Daily monitor invoices in transit under supervision to assist in identifying potential delivery delays. Support the verification of overdue invoices, assisting in locating shipments and initiating contact with carriers to update status. Assist in tracking carrier responses and recording received information. Support the classification of overdue invoices and recording of incidents, such as losses, damages, or fiscal issues. Assist in identifying customers with specific delivery rules, ensuring adherence to operational guidelines. Collaborate in sending reports to carriers requesting updates on pending deliveries. Support the generation and dispatch of reports for shipments containing fragile items, reinforcing transportation and handling instructions. Assist in tracking carrier responses, verifying incident records, and ensuring correct submission of EDI files.
