Responsibilities and Duties \- Support pre-production and food production. \- Assist in operational control (raw materials, inventory, etc). \- Follow NEMA hygiene and organization standards. Requirements \- Proven experience as a Baker's Assistant. \- Completed high school education. \- Focus on quality and attention to detail. \- Discipline to follow procedures. \- Proactivity and perseverance. \- Ability to learn quickly. Additional Information \- Transportation allowance. \- Meal allowance. \- Health assistance. \- Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off \- from 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM and from 1:00 PM to 9:20 PM \- Performance-based bonus. \- Longevity bonus.
