Focus on strengthening the brand through institutional materials. **Job Description:** **Summary of Responsibilities** Responsible for graphic design with a focus on creating materials for business ventures and the company's institutional communications, such as logos, visual identities, and materials. **Detailed Responsibilities** * Create logos and visual identities for business ventures; * Create printed graphic materials such as flyers, brochures, and outdoor advertising; * Create presentations for business ventures; * Create institutional materials focused on brand strengthening; * Guide the Junior Digital Designer based on experience; * Support the Junior Digital Designer when digital workload exceeds graphic design workload; **Education/Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic or Digital Design, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; **Additional Qualifications:** * Creative, proactive, communicative, critically minded, and constantly seeking new ideas and design trends; * Strong concentration and attention to detail, interpersonal skills, ability to understand deadlines and schedules; * Ability to learn quickly according to the company’s current challenges; * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and graphic-focused design; **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance or fuel card; * Unimed Health Plan (available after 3 months of probation). **Work Format:** * On-site.
