Assist in creating and publishing digital content **Position: Marketing Assistant** **Location:** Palhoça/SC **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **Compensation:** R$ 2.305,00 per month **About the Position:** We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive **Marketing Assistant** to join our team! This professional will support the company’s marketing strategies, contributing to content creation, campaign execution, and enhancement of the brand’s digital presence. They will play a key role in the department’s daily operations, ensuring high-quality deliverables and supporting commercial initiatives. **Responsibilities:** Support the marketing team in daily operations; Produce photos and videos for social media and campaigns; Edit images and videos (Reels, TikTok, and other formats); Assist in creating and publishing digital content; Support planning and execution of marketing initiatives; Monitor campaigns and promotional activities; Coordinate with internal departments such as sales and commercial teams; Update information in systems and maintain organized materials; Assist in developing promotional materials; Perform basic campaign performance tracking; Provide operational support for day-to-day tasks. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (enrollment in a higher education program in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields is a plus); Experience in image and video editing (CapCut, Canva, Premiere, or similar tools); Creativity and strong aesthetic sense; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organizational skills, proactivity, and commitment; Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with RD Station or similar marketing automation tools; Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management; Experience with design and editing tools; Background working in retail or import companies. **Benefits:** Meal/Voucher Allowance: R$ 25.00 per workday (no payroll deduction); Transportation Voucher (no payroll deduction); Mobility allowance; Dental care plan; Corporate mobile phone; Free parking; Performance-based bonus after probation period, subject to company performance criteria and evaluation. **Position Type:** Permanent CLT Position Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2,000.00 – R$2,305.00 per month Benefits: * Dental care plan * Fuel allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * Experience in image and video editing.
