The company provides diagnostic and health services. **Responsibilities:** Receive customers with empathy and quality at business units and/or other locations defined by the company, subject to rotation as required by business needs. Register/update customer information in the service system. Perform digital pre-registration of customers, ensuring accurate completion of information and verification of data to facilitate subsequent service steps. Request authorizations from health insurance providers via the channels established by each provider. Provide all necessary information regarding test procedures, result delivery dates, and any other relevant information for each service or as requested by the customer. Deliver test results using the official document provided by the customer. Verify patient requisition forms, checking signatures, names, physician orders, and registration in the service system. Provide support and handle claim denials and requisition inconsistencies together with the billing department and claim appeal team. High school diploma required.
