Production Assistant / Machine Operator

Metal Mechanical Industry is hiring: 1\. **Job Mission**: Directly assist in metal-mechanical production lines by organizing the work area, sorting materials and tools, preparing and, if necessary, operating low-complexity machines (e.g., drills, sanders, or simple presses), always ensuring quality and safety. 2\. **Activities and Responsibilities** * **Supply and Preparation**: Supply workstations with raw materials, components, and tools required for production. * **Basic Operation**: Operate low-complexity machines or support senior operators in subassembly preparation and assembly. * **Metallurgical Processes**: Perform material cutting, sanding, finishing, and deburring of machined parts. * **Quality Inspection**: Verify part dimensions against technical drawings or samples (using calipers/tape measures) and inspect produced parts, recording non-conformities. * **Organization and Cleaning (5S)**: Maintain an organized and clean workstation, cleaning machines and equipment upon request. * **Material Handling**: Perform internal movement of materials and finished parts. 3\. Desired Qualifications and Education * **Education**: Completed or currently pursuing high school diploma. * **Experience**: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in production, preferably in the metal-mechanical sector. * **Technical Knowledge**: Basic industrial mechanics, ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings, metrology (use of measuring instruments), and industrial tools. * **Skills**: Attention to detail, manual dexterity, proactivity, and teamwork.
