Job Summary: Supervise operational and administrative processes, lead teams, and conduct technical assessments in the areas of cleaning, maintenance, and services. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and service monitoring Responsibilities Supervise operational processes at headquarters and bases (SC); Supervise internal and external processes related to cleaning, maintenance, services, and administration; Provide operational and administrative supervision of teams (schedules and workstations); Conduct technical assessments; Perform other duties inherent to the position. Requirements Extensive experience in operational management of cleaning, maintenance, services, and administration; Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; Knowledge of Labor Legislation; Experience in implementing and monitoring services for clients; Willingness to travel; Driver's License Category B; Residence in the Greater Florianópolis region; Familiarity with the Rubi System; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$7.500,00 - R$8.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you reside in the Greater Florianópolis/SC region?
