Your mission as Assistant Store Manager As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be one of the key supports to the store leadership, helping ensure an organized, commercially focused operation with full emphasis on customer experience. We are looking for a hands-on individual who enjoys selling, developing people, and supporting the store manager in daily operations and performance results. Operational Responsibilities – Daily Routine * Support the store manager in organizing and executing daily store operations * Ensure standards of customer service, store organization, and product restocking * Monitor store opening, closing, and operational processes * Assist in organizing team schedules, workflow, and daily routines Commercial Responsibilities – Results * Actively engage on the sales floor * Monitor store KPIs and targets * Support commercial campaigns and sales strategies * Motivate the team to pursue results and high performance Leadership & Development * Serve as a role model for attitude, energy, and customer service * Support the development of sales associates, trainees, and assistants * Contribute to a light-hearted, engaged, and high-performing environment * Ensure alignment and effective communication with the team Customer Experience * Guarantee excellence in customer service * Handle problem resolution and provide team support * Oversee customer experience, store organization, and overall energy What we seek * Proactive, communicative, and hands-on profile * Passion for sales, customer service, and retail daily operations * Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and fast-paced work rhythm * Retail experience and team leadership experience * Familiarity with sales targets and commercial KPIs What we offer ?
