Operate the cash register system, record sales, and perform opening and closing procedures accurately and securely. Handle transactions involving cash, Pix, and credit/debit cards, ensuring correct change and resolving payment issues. Perform periodic cash register checks, ensuring compliance and adherence to store policies. Keep the cashier area organized, restocking supplies and managing small inventories. Assist customers with purchase inquiries and collaborate with the sales team to enhance store efficiency. Manage waiting lists, non-sales, orders, reservations, alterations, and consignment sales. Communicate with the headquarters regarding inventory matters (transfers, pending issues, or identified problems).
