Provide customer service and support, addressing inquiries and offering information about products and services. Develop commercial proposals and follow up with customers to close business deals. Register customers and keep their information updated in the commercial management system. Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay current on the company’s products and services. Assist in creating sales reports and analyzing commercial performance. Collaborate with the sales team in formulating strategies to achieve commercial goals and targets.
