Maintenance and sanitation of equipment and utensils Job Description: * Handling customer orders placed in the hotel restaurant and/or room service; * Presenting menus, making recommendations, assisting customers in selecting dishes, and recording orders (dishes and beverages); * Serving food and beverages in the restaurant and guest rooms (room service); * Ensuring proper care and sanitation of restaurant equipment and utensils; * Serving self-service buffets; * Delivering utensils to washing areas; * Presenting expense receipts and registering orders on customers' accounts; * Receiving guidance from Senior and Lead Waiters regarding standard customer service routines, area preparation, and administrative tasks performed by the team.
