Job Summary: A professional responsible for greeting guests, assisting with luggage, introducing hotel facilities, and delivering documents. Key Highlights: 1. Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival at the hotel 2. Introducing hotel facilities and providing information to guests 3. Delivering documents and packages to guest rooms Main Duties and Responsibilities: * Greet guests/customers upon arrival at the hotel, approach them, handle their luggage, escort them to their rooms, introduce hotel facilities, and provide information. * Perform document, package, and other delivery services to guest rooms, responding to guest requests. * Perform other related duties.
