Job Summary: Responsible for organizing and controlling frozen products, verifying expiry dates, checking received goods, maintaining a clean department, and serving customers. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and control of frozen products 2. Expiry date verification and expiration management 3. Customer service and inventory support * Restock and organize frozen products on islands, freezers, and cold chambers. * Verify expiry dates and manage expirations (FIFO/LIFO). * Inspect received goods for quality and packaging integrity. * Store products correctly according to preservation standards. * Remove unsaleable items and notify supervisors. * Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized department in compliance with health regulations. * Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting with product location. * Support periodic inventory counts and stock audits.
