Our core mission is to build relationships—not just deliver services! **About the Role:** The **Finance** team supports the company’s operations by ensuring financial processes are executed in an organized, accurate, and timely manner. The role involves daily interaction with various internal departments, financial systems, and international clients, supporting activities in **Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Procurement**, with emphasis on learning, professional development, and growth within the finance function. **Responsibilities:** * Support a specific finance area (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Procurement); * Execute and monitor day-to-day financial processes within the assigned area; * Perform financial entries and controls in internal systems; * Support technician cost closing; * Validate supplier invoices; * Track and record expenses incurred by hourly technicians; * Send invoices to clients; * Record payment settlements in the system; * Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and financial controls; * Support improvements and organization of finance processes and systems; * Monitor area KPIs and flag any discrepancies; * Collaborate with the Finance team and other departments on specific requests; * Comply with and reinforce the company’s quality standards, compliance requirements, and culture. **Requirements:** * Strong interest in learning and developing within the finance field; * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in **Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering**; * **Advanced English proficiency** (will be tested); * Basic knowledge of **Excel and Google Sheets**; * Availability to work onsite in Rio Tavares Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Compensation: R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: Onsite
