Responsibilities: Receive physicians’ requests; Organize, verify, register, and forward documentation; Obtain authorizations from health insurance providers; Monitor health insurance providers’ response times; Maintain spreadsheets of pending accounts within the department for daily tracking; Track and verify patient accounts; Validate accounts against authorizations before submission to billing; Validate budgets / TUSS codes against authorizations; Review contracts; Verify and execute the centralized guide workflow; Attach finalized authorizations to patient records in TASY; Forward accounts to billing; Perform other duties of similar nature and complexity as assigned. ###### **Requirements and Qualifications** Minimum education level: Completed high school – Required Computer skills: - Microsoft Office Suite – Basic – Required - TASY system – Basic – Required Experience and qualifications: 2 years of experience Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) Specific systems used in the field of operation Job Code: 107
